Anne and Jim’s Kitchen & Utility

Anne & Jim’s kitchen and utility were designed to support a calm, well-ordered family home, with a strong emphasis on material quality and thoughtful detailing. Oak-veneered birch plywood forms the backbone of the cabinetry, bringing warmth and consistency across both spaces.

Hand-painted doors and drawer fronts soften the overall look, while subtle curves help the rooms flow naturally — an important consideration in a busy, everyday kitchen. The balance between clean lines and gentle detailing creates spaces that feel composed, practical and easy to live with.

A bespoke “chopping zone” is one of the defining features, complete with a neatly integrated slide-in stool. It provides a comfortable place to perch for food preparation, conversation or a quiet coffee, and reflects the way the kitchen is used throughout the day.

Designed and made to measure, both the kitchen and utility are tailored precisely to Anne and Jim’s routines, combining durability, usability and understated character in equal measure.
