Worktops

You may already have a good idea of what worktop you would like in your new kitchen but if not, we can help advise on what might work best for your lifestyle and space.

To complement our plywood and laminate kitchens we offer a 24mm thick birch plywood worktop which we finish with wide range of laminates, including Fenix NTM, a deep matte laminate which offers better protection from finger-prints and scuffs. The exposed foredge of these worktops matches the in-frame detail of the kitchens and requires little to no maintenance.

Butcher’s block timber worktops in a variety of species such as oak, iroko, beech and walnut are a classic match for our hand-painted kitchens. Although requiring a little more maintenance than most other types of worktop they are warm, natural and beautiful and worth the extra effort.

We offer timeless, stunning quartz surfaces from both Silestone and Caesarstone and have full samples of both ranges in our showroom. Quartz will enhance both our plywood and hand-painted kitchens and will offer a distinctive and refined finish to your room. Once your kitchen is installed your quartz tops will be templated and manufactured for installation usually around 7-10 days later.

Minerva offer a stunning range of solid composite work surfaces that we cut and finish here in the workshop and install alongside your kitchen.  Minerva worktops are very durable (especially around the sink area), look and feel like quartz/stone but are easily sanded back to look like new should they get damaged or stained.  You can learn more about Minerva here.
